Privacy Policy

Effective November 4, 2026

The short version: MythicRep doesn't collect your data. There's no account, and nothing you log is sent to us. Your workouts are stored on your iPhone, and backed up to your own iCloud account if iCloud is on. We have no servers that hold your data, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

This policy covers the MythicRep app for iPhone and this website. MythicRep is made by Trajectory Labs ("we", "us"). If you have a question about it, email [email protected].

What the app stores, and where

Everything you enter is stored in the app on your iPhone:

None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. We can't see it, and we couldn't hand it over if asked.

iCloud backup

If you're signed in to iCloud with iCloud Drive on, MythicRep backs up a copy of the data above to a private app folder in your own iCloud account: after each finished workout and once a day. It keeps the three newest backups. These backups are stored by Apple under your Apple Account and are covered by Apple's privacy policy. We have no access to them.

You can turn automatic backups off in the app's Settings, and delete the backups in iPhone Settings > your name > iCloud > Manage Account Storage > MythicRep.

Permissions the app asks for

Photos

Only when you choose to use one of your own pictures as card art. The app reads just the photo you pick, crops it and keeps that copy on your phone and in your iCloud backup. It doesn't browse or upload your photo library.

Notifications

Workout reminders and rest alerts, if you turn them on. They're scheduled on your phone; no notification server is involved.

Live Activities

The lock screen rest timer shows your current deck, card and sets. It runs on your phone and you can turn it off in Settings.

Sharing decks

When you share a deck, the app creates a link that contains the deck itself: its name, cards, sets, rep ranges, supersets and the text of any custom cards. It never includes your levels, weights, workout history, body weight or photos. The link goes only where you send it, through the app you choose. Anyone who has the link can see and import that deck. If a link opens this website, the deck stays in the part of the address that browsers don't send to the server, so it isn't in the site's logs.

Crash reports

If you've chosen in iPhone Settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports and basic usage statistics. They don't identify you. You can turn this off in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.

What we don't do

This website

This site has no cookies, analytics or trackers, and its fonts are served from this site rather than a third party. Like any website, the company that hosts it may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and reliability, for a short time.

Deleting your data

In the app, Settings > Reset all data erases everything on your phone, and deleting the app does the same. To remove your iCloud backups too, delete them in iPhone Settings as described above. Since we don't hold any of your data, there's nothing to request from us.

Children

MythicRep isn't directed at children under 13, and it doesn't collect personal information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If MythicRep starts handling data differently, for example by adding optional accounts, cloud sync or Apple Health, we'll update this policy before that version is released and change the date at the top. Features that need your data will always be optional and clearly explained in the app.
